SAP Project Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA or REMOTE

Duration: 6+ months

Role Summary

We are seeking an SAP Icertis consultant to lead end-to-end project management activities, ensuring delivery of high quality solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own projects end-to-end, driving deliverables and managing fast-paced timelines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate Icertis issues, including API integration problems.
  • Implement advanced configurations on the Icertis platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage platform changes following established change management processes.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work independently, solving problems without constant supervision or frequent escalation.
  • Align work hours with PST and support other time zones as required.
  • Leverage prior experience in similar implementations to support majority of work hours.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical project management skills with focus on SAP Icertis.
  • Functional knowledge of how tools interact, process knowledge, and expertise in Icertis.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving complex Icertis issues and API integrations.
  • Capability to configure and customize the Icertis platform to meet business needs.
  • Familiarity with change management best practices.
  • High level of independence and self-direction.
  • Availability to work primary hours in PST and support multiple time zones.
