You are:
We are looking for an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Project Systems (PS), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and S/4HANA Project Management across capital-intensive industries including Energy, Engineering & Construction, and Manufacturing.
The Work:
  • Lead full-lifecycle SAP EPPM implementations - blueprint through go-live
  • Configure SAP PS structures: WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, and settlement
  • Design project accounting flows including cost allocation, forecasting, and revenue recognition
  • Facilitate design workshops with PMO leadership, project controllers, and finance stakeholders
  • Integrate EPPM with FI/CO, MM, PM, HR, and SD modules
  • Advise on S/4HANA migration, SAP Fiori project management, and SAC portfolio reporting
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
  • Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What you Need:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP PS / EPPM implementation experience
  • Minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations in a functional lead capacity
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with deep SAP PS configuration expertise - WBS, networks, budgeting, settlement, and cost planning
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with strong SAP EPPM knowledge - portfolio planning, capacity management, financial integration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with S/4HANA Project Management experience including Fiori-based project control
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with project accounting fundamentals - cost centers, internal orders, revenue recognition (IFRS 15)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Bonus Points If:
  • SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and SAC reporting exposure
  • SAP certification in PS, S/4HANA Finance, or PPM
  • Prior Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background
