Overview:
Job Title: SAP Icertis Consultant / SAP Icertis Project Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Icertis Consultant with strong technical project management expertise to support and manage enterprise implementations of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform integrated with SAP systems. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, drive execution in a fast-paced environment, and provide hands-on functional and technical support for the Icertis platform, including troubleshooting, integrations, and advanced configurations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end delivery of SAP Icertis initiatives, ensuring timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary SAP Icertis subject-matter expert, providing functional and technical guidance across the platform.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex Icertis platform issues, including configuration, workflow, and data-related problems.
  • Analyze and resolve API integration issues between Icertis and SAP or other enterprise systems.
  • Design and implement advanced configurations within the Icertis platform to meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Manage platform changes and enhancements, following established change management and governance processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data integrity and consistency issues, ensuring high data quality across the platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical partners to understand requirements and align solutions.
  • Proactively resolve issues with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership and independence.
  • Support global teams and stakeholders, aligning work hours primarily with PST while providing flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 8-10 years of overall experience in SAP/Icertis or enterprise application implementations.
  • Strong SAP Icertis CLM expertise, including functional configuration and platform operations.
  • Proven technical project management experience, managing end-to-end delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Icertis integrations and APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Icertis functional processes, workflows, and tool interactions.
  • Experience managing change requests, releases, and enhancements using structured change management practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
