About the job SAP (PS) Project System Architect/SME Job Title : SAP (PS) Project System Architect/SME Location : Remote (United States) Duration : 9-12 Months with Possible Extensions Visa Status : US Citizens Only Security Clearance : Active Security Clearance is highly preferred Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP (PS) Project System Architect/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team on a remote, long-term project. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions tailored to business needs. As the SAP PS Architect/SME, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure best practices are followed, and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) solutions tailored to business and project needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Provide subject matter expertise in SAP PS modules, including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), project budgeting, costing, and forecasting.

Develop detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user manuals. Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Lead or support end-to-end SAP PS implementation and upgrade projects.

Train and mentor team members or end-users on SAP PS functionalities. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) with at least 10-20 years of hands-on experience . Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing SAP PS solutions in complex environments.

In-depth knowledge of WBS, networks, cost structures, resource planning, and project analytics . Proven track record of working on end-to-end SAP implementations . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

US Citizenship is required due to project requirements. Preferred Qualifications Active Security Clearance is highly preferred. Prior experience working with government or defense projects.

Familiarity with SAP integration to other modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM . SAP certifications in Project Systems or related modules are a plus. Benefits and Perks Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
