Senior SAP FICO Consultant VIM, RAR, and S/4HANA - Remote with 50% Travel
Role: SAP FICO Consultant VIM, RAR, and S/4HANA
Location: Remote with 50% travel
Duration: 6-12 months
Type: Contract
Work Authorization: Visa Independent Only
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in OpenText VIM, Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR), and core Finance/Controlling modules in S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have 10 12 years of relevant experience, including multiple end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, and should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with periodic travel to client locations in Texas and California. Bachelor s degree in technology with 10-12 Yrs of relevant experience.
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role including involvement in 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles.
  2. Expertise in VIM / Open Text on SAP
  3. Proficiency in RAR revenue accounting and recognition on S4
  4. Specialization in Fi/CO finance accounting & controlling on S4.
  5. Flexibility to travel as needed, with up to 25-50 % travel to client locations in Texas and California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO solutions including OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAP RAR on S/4HANA.
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP FICO modules to align with organizational needs.
  • Provide expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) areas including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and best practices in SAP RAR.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and data migrations.
  • Deliver detailed documentation, test cases, and user training materials.
