Senior SAP S4 Hana Business Analyst
100% onsite in San Antonio, TX (Monday-Friday, standard business hours)
Long Term Contract
• Fast-paced implementation environment requiring strong communication and adaptability
Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Analysts to support an SAP S/4HANA / Ariba implementation, specifically aligned to financial workstreams. Each BA will own a primary workstream and serve as a secondary backup for another.
Key Requirements:
• Must have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience within at least one of the five core workstreams (S2P, O2C, H2R, B2R, A2R)
• Strong background as an SAP Business Analyst supporting financial modules
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience leading or supporting testing phases (UAT, SIT, regression, etc.)
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and present status updates
• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and SAP financial processes
What We're Looking For:
We need polished, consultative Business Analysts who can bridge business and technical teams, drive requirements, and lead testing efforts end-to-end within SAP S/4 financial implementations. Open to relocation, but candidates must relocate at their own expense prior to starting.
