Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide data initiatives supporting a large-scale SAP business transformation. This individual will oversee multiple interconnected data workstreams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT, SAP teams, and external implementation partners.

This is a strategic program leadership role focused on coordinating cross-functional initiatives rather than managing individual technical projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience driving complex SAP ERP transformation programs with a strong emphasis on data governance, migration, integration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and governance across multiple enterprise data workstreams.
  • Coordinate activities spanning:
  • Master Data Management
  • Data Governance
  • SAP Data Design
  • Data Migration
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Manage cross-workstream dependencies, schedules, milestones, and delivery risks.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans while ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, SAP functional teams, IT organizations, and external system integrators.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and program governance.
  • Utilize Jira to monitor workstream progress, dependencies, risks, and overall program health.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and influence decision-making across multiple functional teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration between business processes, enterprise data, analytics, and SAP solutions.
  • Support organizational readiness by coordinating planning, testing, training, and adoption activities across participating teams.
  • Track program risks, business outcomes, key performance indicators, and value realization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • 6โ€“8 years of hands-on SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) program delivery experience with a strong focus on Data Management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, cross-workstream enterprise programsโ€”not solely technical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • SAP Data Migration
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Data Governance
  • SAP Data Design
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Proven ability to manage integration across multiple business and technical workstreams.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders, business owners, IT organizations, and third-party implementation partners.
  • Strong planning, dependency management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira for enterprise program tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Background in manufacturing or related industries is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise readiness, organizational change, and cross-functional adoption initiatives.
