Job description

Role Overview:
The SAP EAM Consultant will leverage deep expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance solutions. This role requires an end-to-end understanding of business process flows within SAP EAM, focusing on modules such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements for SAP EAM modules including Plant Maintenance (PM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX).
  • Implement SAP PM and PPM Configurations and collaborate with technical teams to identify appropriate design solutions and deliver enhancements in the SAP EAM area.
  • Provide end-to-end support for EAM issues faced by business users, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare Functional Design Specifications for development activities, encompassing Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.
  • Prepare Test Scenarios, perform Unit testing, System testing, and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for daily operations, enhancements, and projects pertaining to the EAM track.

Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in SAP EAM and SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance solutions.
  • End-to-end business process flow understanding within SAP EAM.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Technical objects, Notification, Maintenance order, and Breakdown/Preventive maintenance processes, including interface processes.
  • Proven experience in gathering business requirements for SAP PM, RE-FX, PS, and PPM modules.
  • Ability to implement SAP PM and PPM Configurations.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver SAP EAM enhancements.
