Sandoz Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of promotional tasks in the assigned territory;
  • Regular cooperation with external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of promotional activities;
  • Systematic analysis of the current market situation;
  • Taking initiatives that meet customer needs;
  • Utilizing multiple channels of contact with stakeholders;
  • Managing the promotional budget;
  • Implementing strategic plans.

Our Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Min 2 years of experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Independence, consistency, and systematic approach in action;
  • Ability to easily establish contacts and build relationships with stakeholders;
  • Courage, self-confidence, flexibility in action, and an ambitious approach to tasks;
  • Responsibility and high ethical standards;
  • Very good organization of work, planning, analysis, and prioritization skills;
  • Driving license category B, without restrictions to automatic transmission.

Compensation and Benefits Structure

Compensation at Sandoz is determined based on the level of the position, qualifications, unique skills, experience, and location within the company's pay ranges. Fully competent employees who achieve high effectiveness can expect a starting salary at the median market level. Those starting to gain experience at a given position level or lacking all required competencies receive a salary closer to the lower end of the ranges, while employees with consistently above-average results or niche skills receive a salary closer to the upper end of the ranges. The determination of salary level is based on internal consistency and market data. Annual salary reviews take into account work results, market alignment, and business needs.

Location of the position: office - Warsaw, Poland / Area - Warsaw and surroundings

Work Mode: Mobile (field) work

Salary Ranges for the Position: 7,234 - 13,433 PLN gross/monthly

  • Quarterly sales bonus: amount dependent on results and achievement of sales goals;
  • Company car;
  • Employee stock option program.
