Job description

Front Desk Supervisor
Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor leads front desk operations to ensure excellent guest service, efficient performance, and strong revenue results. This role supports daily operations while guiding and developing the front desk team. This role requires weekends, being on-call to cover front desk shifts, and primarily working 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional, courteous service to all guests
  • Oversee check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest accounts
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and reporting
  • Promote hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Assist with group bookings and sales efforts
  • Monitor front desk operations, lobby cleanliness, and public areas
  • Act as Manager on Duty when needed
  • Schedule, train, coach, and support front desk staff
  • Maintain supplies and follow budget guidelines
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow all safety, security, and brand standards
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail

Pay & Benefits:
Up to $17/hour depending on experience. Flexible scheduling with evenings/weekends as needed. Eligible employees may receive ESST/PTO, medical benefits, HSA, EAP, and more.
