Our Wine & Spirits shop features hidden gems, old favorites and affordable wines from around the world. We work with family-owned wineries, organic producers and specialty importers, believing great bottles can be had in every price range. You will also find fine beer and spirits, too, all in a bottle shop that features the same style and dedication to quality and service that you will find in our markets. Kowalski's Wine and Spirits is committed to excellent customer service and educating customers on all the different wines, spirits, and craft beers we carry. We are looking for people who are passionate about wines and craft beers. Building relationships with customers will create a fun and welcoming environment that encourages them to choose us as their trusted local market for wines and spirits.
Store Hours:
6 am - 10 pm
Wine Shop Hours:
Mon. - Sat.: 9 am - 10 pm
Sun.: 11 am - 6 pm
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Availability to work at least 12 hours/week
    • Available to work closing shifts on weekends or weekdays (minimum two shifts/week)
    • Must be able to work either Friday or Saturday
  • Previous beverage or hospitality experience strongly preferred, including (but not limited to):
    • Restaurants or fine dining environments
    • Wine, spirits, or beer retail or service exposure
  • Strong passion for hospitality and guest experience, with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
  • Genuine interest in learning product knowledge, flavor profiles, and beverage education
  • Demonstrated desire to grow into future leadership opportunities
  • Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday)
  • Ability to work evenings and closing shifts, up to 10:00 PM
  • Flexibility to be scheduled within store operating hours, including:
    • 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour shifts
    • Holiday availability as needed
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
