What You’ll Do
  • Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming bar experience
  • Engage guests with friendly conversation while remaining focused on attentive, efficient service
  • Share menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredients
  • Actively listen during guest interactions to anticipate needs
  • Accurately take and enter food and drink orders using a POS system
  • Follow recipes to maintain beverage quality and consistency
  • Prepare cocktails using professional mixology skills and accurate pours
  • Garnish drinks to enhance presentation
  • Maintain speed, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Perform bar setup and breakdown to ensure organization and readiness
  • Complete stocking duties to maintain accurate inventory
  • Process payments using basic math skills, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude

Your Background
  • At least 12 months bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience with serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable, contributing to a positive workplace culture
  • Passionate about guest satisfaction, hospitality, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
  • Must be at least 21 years old
