Role and Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for accurate purchasing procurement in global trade condition by analyzing the lead time materials and logistics to maintain inventory fulfillment at optimized level and supply production. Oversee purchase orders for parts, handling of weekly procurement volume, and manage purchasing KPI reports. Responsible for creating VBA-based forecasting model for materials, including critical components. Oversee the development of new materials and identify potential supply chain bottlenecks. Ensure timely material availability for mass production while minimizing urgent air shipments. Analyze enterprise resource planning (ERP) data to uncover opportunities for reducing costs, tariffs issues, open Purchase Order (PO) and lead times. Participate in internal and external procurement audits. Prepare purchasing documentation, validate vendor compliance, and support traceability of procurement records to ensure alignment with company policy and regulatory standards. Responsible for accurate purchasing logistics forecasting and releasing purchase orders to foreign vendors. Responsible for communicating with vendors regarding forecast and logistics details. Manage and update daily requirements for production to release forecasts to vendors and confirm orders through ERP system. Coordinate with cross-functional departments and HQ to Manage End-of-Life (EOL) models' obsolete stock.

Skills and Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, Finance, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or another related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) performing data analysis using data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel VBA and Power Query; (2) communicating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences; (3) experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking projects from initiation, planning, execution and delivery; (4) experience managing, coordinating, and aligning stakeholders in cross-functional projects; (5) using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; and (6) experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including NERP, PLM, GSRM, GSCM, and SQCI. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week.
