Position Summary:
This role is responsible for administering the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing quotes and processing purchase requests to invoicing, contract management, and vendor onboarding. The position handles a broad range of procurement categories, including software subscriptions, hardware, telecom, professional services, and facilities.
A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in each of the above areas, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a consistent track record of accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Position Responsibilities:
Procurement
  • Provide day-to-day procurement support, including obtaining quotes, managing the purchasing process, workflows, and invoicing
  • Processing of various purchasing requests, including, but not limited to, software subscriptions, hardware, telecommunications, professional services, office supplies, and facilities
  • Conduct financial data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Align procurement activities with corporate finance policies, supporting budget tracking, forecasting, and depreciation management
  • Update internal procurement policies to ensure compliance with global tech standards and financial regulations

Vendor Management
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance analytics
  • Oversee the vendor management process from a stakeholder's request to fully approved vendors

Contract Management
  • Administer contract lifecycle from review submission to final approval. Assumes ownership of the contract lifecycle process from initial review, negotiations, edits, and redlines, to completion and signatures
  • Analyze, review, and recommend process improvements to shorten timelines

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 2+ years of related experience in a Procurement or Purchasing role for a technology-based organization
  • 1+ years working in the ServiceNow platform
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite and other various accounting and business applications
  • Familiarity with Asset Management and Inventory control
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of IT Hardware and software
  • Experience with a fundamental account principal and industry best practices

The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors-including the role's function and location as well as the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
