Position Summary

The Manufacturing Specialist, as a member of the Manufacturing Operations Shift Team, is responsible for performing activities that improve the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world-class speed and quality. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the tools and systems in use as well as the product being manufactured. Additionally, this position requires compliance with all security, health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Waferinputs,wafershipments,specialtransactionexecution,FOUP/FOSBHandling,wafersplits/merges,FOUP/FOSBinventorymanagement.

  • Monitor,evaluateandinteractwithsoftwaresystemsandcomputerizedmanufacturingequipmenttomaintainproperphotoresistinventoryandchemicalage.

  • Communicateandfollowthroughonanyinhibitorstomanufacturingperformance.

  • Mustadheretostrictprotocolpolicies,whichincludewearingacleanroomsuitforlongperiods.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • Highschool diploma or GED is required.

  • Intermediatecomputerskills(>30WPMtypingability).

  • Self-motivatedandstrongcriticalthinkingskills.

  • Excellentorganizationalskills.

  • Abilitytobothfollowandcreatedocumentedprocedures.

The current base salary range for this role is between $19.00 - $25.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
