Job Description International Manufacturing Manager Location: Mayfield Heights, OH (On-site) Travel: Approximately 30% International Travel (Never gone more than 2 weeks straight at a time) Salary: Around $150,000 (Flexible for the right candidate) Responsibilities Lead global manufacturing process improvement initiatives across multiple international facilities Improve productivity through process optimization and KPI-driven performance improvements Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and production processes Standardize manufacturing processes and global operating standards Coach and mentor manufacturing engineering teams Develop and execute equipment improvement and asset management strategies Support capital equipment planning and business case development Maintain global manufacturing equipment documentation and machine design standards Partner with product engineering teams to improve manufacturability of new products Evaluate manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Introduce new manufacturing technologies, tooling, and automation solutions Manage multiple engineering projects across several global locations Travel internationally to support manufacturing operations and improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering required 10+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience 5+ years of project management experience Hands-on manufacturing engineering background Experience in at least two of the following: Stamping Forging CNC Machining Casting Plastic Injection Molding Strong manufacturing process troubleshooting experience Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, and capital projects Knowledge of manufacturing software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to travel internationally approximately 30%
