Position Summary

This role acts as an end-to-end learning partner, combining instructional design, program facilitation, consulting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build impactful leadership and professional skills training, handle session logistics, and continuously evaluate data to drive employee development and organizational success.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

• DynamicFacilitation:Leadhighlyinteractiveworkshopsandtrainingsessionsfocusedonprofessionalandleadershipdevelopment.Assessparticipantcomprehensioninreal-timeandadjustdeliverytomaximizelearningandengagement.

• InstructionalDesign&ContentCreation:Translatebroadorganizationalneedsintoengaginglearningmaterials.Designandmaintainfacilitatorguides,participantmaterials,andtrainingexercisesusingestablishedinstructionaldesignmethodologiesandadultlearningprinciples.

• Stakeholder&HRCollaboration:PartnercloselywithHRbusinesspartners,subjectmatterexperts(SMEs),andbusinessleaderstoensuretrainingprogramsalignwithbroadercompanystrategies.Actasatrustedadvisortoprovideguidanceonprofessionaldevelopmentopportunities.

• ProgramManagement&Administration:Overseealllogisticalandadministrativerequirements,includingsessionscheduling,preparation,andpost-trainingfollow-up.

• Evaluation&ContinuousImprovement:Analyzeparticipantevaluationsandtracklearningtrends.Usetheseinsightstorefinecoursematerials,measuretrainingeffectiveness,andimplementstrategicimprovements.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• 4YearsCorporateFacilitationExperience:Proventrackrecorddeliveringinteractiveleadershipandprofessionalskillsworkshopstodiverseemployeeaudiences.
• InstructionalDesignExpertise:Strongknowledgeofadultlearningprinciplestodesignandupdatetrainingguides.
• StakeholderManagement:AbilitytocollaboratecloselywithHRpartners,subjectmatterexperts,andbusinessleaderstoaligntrainingwithcompanystrategy.
• End-to-EndProgramManagement:Experiencehandlingtraininglogistics,includingscheduling,administrativetasks,andsessionpreparation.
• DataAnalysis&Evaluation:Skillsinanalyzingcourseevaluationsandlearningtrendstoimprovetrainingimpact.
• Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinbusinessadministration,humanresourcesorrelatedfieldorequivalentcombinationof4+years'experienceinlearninganddevelopment.

The current base salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

At Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.

Eligible full-time employees (salaried or hourly) may also receive MBO bonuses based on company, division, and individual performance.

All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor are full-time on-site.
