Operations Clerk 1

Production & Sample Coordination
  • Select and prepare product samples for production orders
  • Assemble and organize job bags with all required materials and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of samples and job packets prior to production
  • Support sorting and staging of materials for production use
Order & Documentation Management
  • File and maintain organized records of job bags, orders, and samples
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
  • Support administrative organization of production workflows
Inventory & Receiving
  • Receive incoming goods into the system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Match packing lists to purchase orders and verify quantities and items received
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the processing system
Logistics & Freight Coordination
  • Track Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Communicate with freight carriers to obtain pricing and shipment details
  • Enter freight and shipping data for accounting and cost tracking purposes
