Job description

Sample Coordinator - Retail (Onsite - San Francisco, CA)
 
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team for our global retail client. This position will help ensure a smooth workflow by managing and checking in samples, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with administrative and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 
This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in San Francisco, CA.
 
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
 
Responsibilities:
●    Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
●    Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
●    Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
●    Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
●    Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
●    Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
●    Support with studio photography.
 
Requirements:
●    1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
●    Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
●    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●    Proficiency in Excel and email, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
●    Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
●    Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
