Job Title: Sample Coordinator - Global HOKA
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Creative Operations & Production - Global
Location: Goleta, CA - In-Office
The Role
As the Sample Coordinator for Global HOKA, you'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of footwear, apparel, and accessory samples that fuel our seasonal marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and brand initiatives. You'll oversee sample ordering, inventory management, production support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products are tracked, organized, and delivered on time for creative and studio needs. You'll partner with Production, Operations, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to drive operational efficiency across seasonal launches and content creation workflows.

Your Impact
  • Create sample orders for footwear, apparel, and accessories, maintaining accurate seasonal inventory and managing warehouse organization
  • Develop and maintain master seasonal shot lists, submit photo projects, and track their status and delivery
  • Pull, prep, and deliver samples for photoshoots, campaign productions, and content creation, collaborating with producers, project managers, and stylists
  • Submit retouching projects for product campaigns and ensure final images are uploaded into Bynder
  • Communicate timelines, sample roadblocks, and missing or inaccurate samples to stakeholders, proposing proactive solutions
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and support operational communications

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in production coordination, sample management, production, marketing operations, or inventory management (experience in footwear and/or apparel preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
  • Passion for product, especially footwear, apparel, and performance innovation
  • Highly reliable and accountable with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Interest in growing into creative production or marketing operations
