• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that incorporate specific goals, targeted interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Provide individual and family counseling to assist clients in navigating life’s difficulties and foster resilience.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with clients to establish actionable service plans, facilitating connections to community resources.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients in distress.
• Work closely with local community agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate for client needs.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of agency services and resources available to the public.
• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education to enhance your professional skills and share insights with colleagues.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges related to trauma, socio-economic difficulties, and interpersonal conflicts. By using a trauma-informed care approach, you will empower clients to overcome personal obstacles and gain access to essential resources that promote healing and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficient knowledge of social services, community resources, and social justice issues, critical to supporting your clients.

• Experience working within a social service agency or similar environments is highly desirable.
• A background in trauma-informed care practices and community-oriented mental health services is a plus.
