• A strong understanding of and proficiency in employing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Background in substance use treatment and trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient client documentation.
