• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify and interpret clients' mental health needs.
• Crafting and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances.
• Providing individual counseling, couples therapy, and group sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities based on best practices.
• Collaborating closely with other interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and social workers, for holistic patient care.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance your practice and the overall quality of care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with mood disorders, addiction, trauma, anxiety disorders, and general mental health issues. • A valid LMHC license in the state of Washington, ensuring compliance with local regulations and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or an equivalent subject from an accredited program is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy, showcasing a strong background in therapeutic practices.
• Knowledge of evidence-based approaches and methodologies applicable to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clear interaction with clients and team members.
• A commitment to upholding ethical principles, particularly concerning client confidentiality and welfare.

While a Master's degree is preferred, candidates with extensive experience in delivering therapeutic services and a solid track record of client outcomes are also encouraged to apply. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and practices will be an advantage.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to enhance your starting compensation. Our benefits package includes:
