What are some common challenges salon managers face when overseeing both staff performance and client satisfaction?

Salon Managers often juggle the dual responsibility of motivating their team while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Common challenges include managing staff schedules to accommodate peak times, handling interpersonal conflicts among team members, and addressing client concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation. Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing client demands are vital.
