Job description

At Salience Health, we're not just growing; we're reshaping care delivery. Our commitment involves breaking down the silos that traditionally separate behavioral and medical healthcare. We've designed an innovative and seamless model where behavioral health providers, primary care physicians, and neurology experts work together harmoniously. This Collaborative Care Team ensures our patients receive comprehensive, integrated healthcare that addresses their unique needs.

As our presence expands in the DFW Metroplex, we're actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative multi-specialty team. This team includes PCPs, Psychiatrists, Neurologists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, all supported by skilled medical assistants and an exceptional administrative team. Each team member has a role to support the physician. This enables our physician to focus on direct patient care and medical treatment management.

Join us at the forefront of collaborative and patient-centric care, shaping the future of healthcare in the Dallas-Fort Worth area!

What We Offer:

  • Growing Outpatient Group Practice: Be part of a dynamic team in a thriving outpatient setting.

  • Excellent Compensation and Benefits Package: We offer a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits, including malpractice insurance.

  • Cutting Edge Facilities: We prioritize provider collaboration with tailored workspaces, exchange counters, and a medicalized psychiatric model—ultimately elevating patient outcomes and care.

Supporting Our Providers:

To improve our primary care physician’s experience, we empower them to act in the best interest of our patients. We work to free our clinicians from distractions so they can focus on patient care and invest in learning and development to flourish within the clinical field.

Our commitment includes:

  • Empowerment: We empower our physicians to act in the best interest of our patients.

  • Reduced Distractions: We strive to minimize distractions, allowing our clinicians to focus on patient care.

  • Learning and Development: We invest in continuous learning and development opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary Care Physician at Salience Health, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive, patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Success in the Position and at Salience Health:

Success in this role involves delivering patient-centered care, actively contributing to a collaborative team, and continuously pursuing professional development. At Salience Health, success is defined by:

  • Demonstrating a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

  • Actively participating in collaborative initiatives and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Engaging in ongoing learning and adapting to evolving healthcare practices.

How the Role Fits into Salience Health:

The Primary Care Physician role is integral to our patient-centered approach to comprehensive care. By working collaboratively within our Collaborative Care Team, you'll contribute to the overall success of Salience Health in providing accessible healthcare services to the community.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Valid medical license in the state of Texas.

  • Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
