Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a company focused on delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance critical federal mission operations. This position is fully remote, with a preferred location of Springfield, VA. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and modernize Salesforce applications and integrations while leveraging platform best practices to improve performance, scalability, and user experience. This is an opportunity to support high-impact government programs while working with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies and enterprise-level solutions.

Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer include:
  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build and maintain integrations utilizing Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise data platforms.
  • Manage Salesforce security and access controls including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and record-level security.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve business processes and mission outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Required Qualifications for the Salesforce Developer include:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Security (LWS), Apex, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, platform integrations, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
