Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
  • Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM implementations and data migration projects. Experience supporting Sales, Service, Marketing, or Customer Success organizations.

  • Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals.
  • Blend of business analysis expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and support Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop training materials and provide end-user support and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices within the Salesforce platform
