Job Summary:
Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join their globally diverse IT organization. The role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, gathering user requirements, and managing daily support for Salesforce applications while collaborating with a global development team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals.
• Gather and translate business requirements from Stakeholders into well architected solutions.
• Conduct daily meetings with global development team members.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of assigned Salesforce applications.
• Consult with internal stake-holders to build short- and long-term roadmap and milestones.
• Integrate Salesforce applications with on-premise systems using web services or ETL processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• OR 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of proven work experience building and delivering technical implementations of customer projects.
• 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large corporate organization (SFDC certification preferred).
• 1+ years developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Javascript and the AJAX Toolkit.
• Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON), Informatica Cloud ETL Processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
• SFDC certification preferred.
