Job description

Salesforce Business Analyst for an Arizona state agency's technology division (1 position, 1-year-class contract, hybrid in Phoenix).

Hard requirements, read before applying:

  • Currently living in the Phoenix metro area (Avondale, Glendale, Mesa, Tempe, etc. all count), your current city must appear on your resume; no relocation candidates
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future, W2 only, no C2C
  • Bachelor's degree (hard requirement)
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / IT Analyst, with at least 2 years hands-on Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and Jira or Azure DevOps

The work: gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions; translating business needs into functional specifications with developers; gap analysis and process improvement using Salesforce capabilities; supporting configuration and testing (objects, workflows, validation rules, reports); maintaining process flows, data maps, and documentation; user training and change management; Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe).

Preferred: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or BA certification
