We are seeking an early-career Salesforce Systems Engineer with a strong interest in Salesforce administration, automation, and emerging agentic/AI-driven development patterns. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform, improving business processes through automation, and supporting scalable system design.

While this role includes exposure to CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), the primary focus is on Salesforce platform administration, workflow automation, and intelligent system execution that supports sales, operations, and broader business functions.

You will partner with Sales Operations, Business Applications, and IT to support users, build scalable solutions, and contribute to ongoing platform innovation.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and performance
  • Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Flows, validation rules, and other platform capabilities
  • Assist in developing agentic or logic-driven workflows that streamline user actions and decision-making processes
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of Salesforce-related issues for business users
  • Participate in requirements gathering and process analysis to identify automation and system improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to testing (UAT) and deployment of system enhancements and releases
  • Maintain system documentation, including configurations, automation logic, and user guides
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve system usability and efficiency
  • Support and maintain CPQ configurations (products, pricing, quoting) as part of the broader sales systems landscape

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of Salesforce experience in an admin, analyst, or technical support role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules)
  • Exposure to automation or logic-based system design (workflows, scripting, or low-code tools)
  • Basic understanding of business processes such as sales operations, approvals, and data management
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly, especially in automation and AI-assisted development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks, AI-assisted coding tools, or process automation concepts
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Exposure to CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, ServicePath, Conga, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Experience supporting internal business users in a systems or operations role
  • Understanding of basic development concepts (e.g., logic structures, APIs, or scripting)
