Do you have a passion for sales, customer service, and helping seniors find the perfect place to call home? Richmond Place Senior Living is seeking a Senior Residency & Sales Counselor to drive occupancy growth through relationship-based sales, exceptional customer experiences, and personalized guidance for prospective residents and their families. This role also serves as a mentor and trainer for newer sales team members.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and nurture sales leads from inquiry to move-in
  • Conduct personalized community tours and create exceptional first impressions
  • Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
  • Explain pricing, services, and move-in processes with confidence and clarity
  • Maintain accurate prospect records in Salesforce
  • Support marketing events, open houses, and community outreach activities
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience
  • Track sales performance metrics and support occupancy goals
  • Mentor and train less-experienced sales team members
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
