Kriskadecor, an international leader in custom decorative solutions for high-end interiors and architecture, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist / Sales Administrator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture, interior design, construction, or premium design product sales, who enjoys collaborating with creative professionals and contributing to a strong client experience from first contact to project completion.

What you'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound project inquiries from architects, interior designers, and contractors.

  • Gather project information, guide the client through early steps, and ensure smooth handoff to technical and sales teams.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses via phone and email.

  • Maintain organized tracking of client interactions and leads in Salesforce.

  • Partner with the sales and estimating teams to ensure all client needs are met effectively.

  • Deliver exceptional service to help nurture long-term client relationships
