Job Description: 

We are seeking an Pharmacy Technician Specialist to help our client process orders with accuracy and compliance, ensuring proper tracking, tracing, and delivery. This logistics-focused role requires strong communication skills with pharmacies, along with managing order verification, issue resolution, and system updates in our CRM. An understanding of the pharmaceutical space is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM and order fulfillment best practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Process medication orders accurately and compliantly
  • Coordinate with pharmacies regarding prescription fulfillment and order status
  • Verify orders, approvals, discounts, and documentation
  • Resolve pharmacy, medication, and patient-related issues
  • Maintain and update opportunities and order data in Salesforce
  • Communicate order rejections and compliance concerns to internal stakeholders
  • Research medications and onboard new pharmacy partners
  • Maintain pricing updates and promotional campaigns within Salesforce
  • Partner with retention, operations, and medical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience

Must-Have Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician License
  • Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience processing medication orders and working with pharmacy operations
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
