Seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert to support its strategic Prism initiative, focused on modernizing Premium Services operations.

The initial phase of Prism focuses on VIP Tour operations, including guest booking, fulfillment, scheduling, payments, and operational workflows. Long-term expansion plans and additional premium guest experiences.

This role will serve as the internal Salesforce expert and trusted technical authority throughout the Salesforce implementation lifecycle. Salesforce is the strategic platform and Birlasoft is the implementation partner. The successful candidate will provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, governance, and oversight to ensure business and technology objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

-Lead Salesforce architecture and technical design discussions

-Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and related technologies

-Review and evaluate vendor-delivered Salesforce solutions

-Provide technical governance and implementation oversight

-Architect and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems

-Identify process automation and business optimization opportunities

-Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce and AI-powered workflows

-Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders

-Establish internal Salesforce knowledge and best practices

-Support long-term platform scalability and extensibility across Premium Services initiatives

This role will spend approximately 70% of its time supporting the Prism implementation and 30% supporting existing Premium Services Salesforce initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $94.59 - $94.59/hr.
