Summary

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Architect with extensive experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for banking and financial services organizations.
Strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), complex integrations, and enterprise-grade architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities / Required Skills
·       Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking domain requirements.
·       15+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, delivering enterprise-scale solutions in banking/financial services domains.
·       Lead end-to-end solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
·       Develop and manage complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external banking systems).
·       Drive platform customization using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
·       Define data models, security architecture, and governance frameworks for compliance-heavy environments.
·       Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
·       Ensure best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, code quality, and release management.
·       Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability across large user bases.
