Job Description:

We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team in West Des Moines, Iowa. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!

Basic Function:

The purpose of this position is to play a vital role in configuring the Salesforce platform to deliver new functionality to enhance the user experience for our employees and customers. The Salesforce Administrator II should enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) page layouts and lightning pages, record types, approval processes, apps, and flow.
  • Analyze requirements and translate into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Support enterprise custom applications (HMA Foundation, Shareholder, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support
  • Offer knowledge/support to internal teams facilitating new user setup, data cleansing, reports/dashboards

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Remain informed of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Perform special projects and other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience working on Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull objects.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years Salesforce Experience. Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
