Job Description Summary

As a certified Salesforce Administrator, customize and configuration the Salesforce platform to meet business needs in adherence to governance principles and IT protocol.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Personalize and build apps with configurable components to increase productivity and effectiveness for internal/external business units.
  • Collaborate with business partners, leadership and end users to increase responsiveness to business and customers, and continually update Salesforce applications.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce application functionalities to document business & functional requirements, including use cases and user stories.
  • Perform administrative functions including, field creation, reports and dashboards, processes and flows, and other configuration/declarative tasks.
  • Create test plans for new application builds and updates.
  • Understand and begin assessing the impact new requirements have on upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
  • Support end users with issues relating to Salesforce.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Two years business systems/technical experience
  • Salesforce certification
  • Experience with IT production processes
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple Salesforce products
  • Experience in the life insurance/financial services industry
  • Ability to work in Lightning and classic versions while keeping current with new release implications
  • Completion of additional Salesforce Super Badges and/or certifications


Working Conditions

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$71,000 - $90,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
