Operations Data Analyst – Nationwide Events (Remote – U.S.)Location: Remote (United States)Job Type: Full-TimePay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) About Us

The Heartland Roadshow operates large-scale buying events across the United States. These events run weekly across multiple markets and require consistent tracking, evaluation, and performance reporting to ensure operational success.

We are hiring an Operations Data Analyst to own structured reporting, performance tracking, and operational data accuracy across all events.

 The Role

This is a highly structured, execution-focused data role.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent reporting across all events and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

This role is less about interpretation and more about precision, consistency, and reliability of data used for decision-making.

 What You’ll Be Working With
  • Salesforce-based event performance data

  • Excel-based tracking models and structured reporting files

  • Weekly, monthly, and rolling performance cycles

  • Historical event performance across multiple markets

Core Responsibilities
  • Pull and organize daily Salesforce event performance data

  • Maintain weekly and monthly performance reporting cycles

  • Track event performance metrics across multiple locations

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all operational reports

  • Maintain structured datasets for historical comparisons

  • Support recurring evaluation cycles (performance reviews, scheduling decisions)

  • Identify and flag data discrepancies or inconsistencies

  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from operations leadership

  • Reports are delivered accurately and on time, every cycle

  • Data is consistent across all reporting outputs

Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have
