Location - Durham, NC
Role Overview
Seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design and govern the end-to-end architecture for Labcorp's Patient Central CRM on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud supporting Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT). This role ensures scalable, secure, compliant solutions across study setup, conduct, and patient engagement workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect scalable, secure CRM solutions on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud aligned with enterprise and security standards.
  • Define end-to-end architecture for patient engagement, scheduling, consent, notifications, and kit workflows.
  • Design integrations with systems such as CTMS, KPS, Cisco CTI, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Lead data modeling, ingestion architecture, and API integration strategies.
  • Govern platform standards, best practices, and architectural compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions meet HIPAA/GDPR compliance and are future-ready for AI enhancements.

Required Skills
  • Strong Salesforce expertise: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CTI integrations.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM architectures in regulated environments.
