Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Information Technology team and support the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimization of a global Salesforce ecosystem. This role will work closely with Administrators, Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce organizations operating worldwide.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture, while demonstrating technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Solution Development
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using:
    • Apex (including asynchronous processing, Platform Events, and Invocable Actions)
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Platform Optimization & Technical Excellence

Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead code reviews and establish development standards across the Salesforce team.

Troubleshooting & Production Support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Level 4 production issues.
