Job Title: Development - Sr. SalesForce Developer.
Location: McLean, VA. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Create and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and automation tools.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of code using CI/CD practices.
  • Provide technical documentation and support for end-users and administrators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
