Zions is seeking an nCino/Salesforce Application Lead.  In this role as an nCino/Salesforce Application Lead you'll provide your talents in contributing to the success of the Zions team by delivering the following:

  • Solution Architecture & Design
  • Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists.
  • Program Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
  • Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).
  • Experience in leading technical teams.
  • People management and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.  

Location:

This position can be located 100% remote within the United States or located at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT. 

Pay Range: $145,000-170,000 - $ (Based upon relatable skills/experience)
