Job description

Role: Intern Salesforce Developer
Location: Pleasanton, CA/Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
 
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Conga CPQ, along with experience in business process analysis, configuration, and pricing methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design business processes related to Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ, including product configuration, rules, pricing, and quoting workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements to drive successful CPQ implementations.
  • Define and optimize pricing methodologies, quoting processes, and approval workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure smooth integration and implementation of CPQ solutions.
  • Assist with the configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights and improve the effectiveness of CPQ solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce CPQ and support in implementing features such as rules, pricing, and approvals.
Required Skills and Experience
  • CPQ Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ / Conga CPQ features and functionalities.
  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of product configuration, rules, pricing, pricing methodologies, quoting, and approvals.
  • Process Analysis: Experience in business process analysis and design to align CPQ solutions with business requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
