Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Conga CPQ, along with experience in business process analysis, configuration, and pricing methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to gather and document complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design business processesย related to Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ, including product configuration, rules, pricing, and quoting workflows.
  • Work with stakeholdersย to understand business needs and document detailed requirements to drive successful CPQ implementations.
  • Define and optimize pricing methodologies, quoting processes, and approval workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsย (Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure smooth integration and implementation of CPQ solutions.
  • Assist with the configuration and customizationย of Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis and reportingย to provide insights and improve the effectiveness of CPQ solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practicesย for Salesforce CPQ and support in implementing features such as rules, pricing, and approvals.
