Social Selling & Market Intelligence:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools to identify and engage prospective contacts.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer announcements, and industry developments.
Research government contract opportunities, industry events, and emerging market sectors.
Assist with gathering shop-floor photos, videos, and operational content to support marketing initiatives.
Provide weekly summaries of market intelligence, competitor insights, and prospect activity.
CRM & Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and organized customer and prospect records within HubSpot, Salesforce, or related CRM systems.
Ensure proper tracking of outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and engagement metrics.
Support trade show preparation and pre-event outreach initiatives.
Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and follow-up communications.
Help maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and reporting dashboards.

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to better understand company capabilities and target markets.
Support marketing initiatives that align with business growth objectives and customer acquisition goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness and market visibility.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
