Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in developing Apex (classes and triggers) and Lightning Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
  • Experience with Copado CI/CD.
  • Experience in Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for defects and new stories.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Lightning Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
  • Follow a configuration-first approach.
  • Write unit tests and work with the DevOps team to debug and remediate issues.
  • Contribute to technical documentation.

Skills:

  • Jira.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Copado.
  • Salesforce Apex Class and LWC.

Qualification And Education:

  • 5+ years of experience with Jira.
  • 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • 4+ years of experience with Copado.
