About the Job You're Considering
We are seeking a Salesforce OMS Architecture spanning both B2B and B2C order flows. The SF OMS Technical Architect owns end-to-end OMS solution design, integration architecture, and technical delivery leadership
Your Role
• 10+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
• Led **2 or more** full Salesforce OMS implementations from discovery through go-live in a technical architect or lead role.
• Proven OMS architecture across **both** B2B and B2C order lifecycles on the same or comparable engagements.
• Deep command of the OMS order lifecycle: order capture, orchestration flows, fulfillment, allocation, invoicing, payment capture, returns/RMA, and cancellations.
• Expertise designing and configuring OMS Order Management Flows, order summary / order product data models, and orchestration item routing.
• Integration architecture connecting OMS to ERP, WMS, tax, and payment gateways (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Avalara, payment processors).
• Hands-on OMS-to-Commerce integration for B2C (B2C Commerce / Storefront) and B2B (B2B Commerce / order-on-behalf, account-based purchasing).
• EDI and OMS integration patterns for B2B (purchase orders, ASN, invoice exchange).
• Strong Apex, Flow, and Platform Events / API (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Composite) skills for custom orchestration and async processing.
• Data model and volume design for high-order-throughput environments; large data volume performance considerations.
• Client-facing solution architecture: leading design workshops, producing architecture diagrams, Technical Specifications and presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Delivery leadership guiding developers / config teams and enforcing technical standards in an agile (SAFe/Scrum) model.
• Requirements-to-design traceability; ability to identify and de-risk integration and data gaps early.
Your Skills and Experience
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ or Vlocity exposure.
• Agentforce / Commerce agent experience tied to order servicing use cases.
• Copado or comparable CI/CD deployment experience.
• Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or distribution industry background.
• Onshore / offshore blended delivery experience.
**Recommended Certifications**
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (baseline).
• Salesforce Order Management Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II.
• Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect **and/or** B2B Commerce credential.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (strong plus).'
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544- $207,401.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
