JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
SALARY: $38,000 to $41,000, DOE

SUMMARY: Providing excellent customer service to contract holders, ensuring professional and efficient service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers contract holder inquiries via phone and/ or email
  • Makes clear detailed notes in system concerning contract holder inquiries
  • Works closely with Claims Payment, and Contract Administration departments to obtain information to assist the contract holder
  • Explain procedures to contract holders including but not limited to: How to begin a claim; current claim status and/ or explain address requests; processes requests; for reprints of confirmation letters

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years related customer service experience
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
