Stealth Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and mission-aligned solutions for our public sector clients. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and integrations, and excels at translating business requirements into future-ready system architectures.
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must reside in the DMV area to support occasional in-person client and team engagements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs, platform best practices, and long-term scalability
  • Define system architecture, data models, security models, and integration patterns across Salesforce clouds and external systems
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate epics and user stories into technical designs
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce features including Apex, LWC, OmniStudio components, and Experience Cloud sites
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the full solution lifecycle
  • Develop, review and approve technical documentation, data models, design artifacts, and release packages
  • Ensure compliance with federal IT standards, including FedRAMP, Section 508, and data security requirements
  • Identify platform risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve technical challenges
  • Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and enforce development standards, source control, and automated testing practices
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture strategies and roadmap planning for clients with long-term Salesforce programs
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in an architectural role
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, sharing, and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Proven experience designing solutions in Agile project environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Required Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or nearing CTA readiness
  • OmniStudio Consultant or Developer certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
  • Experience supporting government clients or working within compliance-bound IT environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Git) and CI/CD practices
  • Experience guiding technical teams and mentoring junior developers or architects
