Job Summary
The Salesforce Health Cloud Architect will oversee the design and constitute the blueprint for the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, architecture, and integration converting business requirements into technical solutions. Understands the business strategy of client departments, and ensures solutions align with stakeholder priorities, best practice, technical standards, and are in line with enterprise architectural plans. Works directly with Salesforce Health Cloud development teams, administrators and 3rd party vendor partners to provide expert technical direction, instruction, and leadership around complex technical concepts. Collaborates with other department resources to define and support multiple system interfaces, security and data integration. Helps continuously drive TriWest's technical vision by producing Proof of Concept (POC) applications, solutions architecture artifacts, training artifacts, and development guidance artifacts.
The Salesforce Health Cloud Architect maintains awareness of current and emerging Salesforce Health Cloud technologies, information security contractual requirements and IT solution standards; aligns with TriWest's mission and support priorities of the business to deliver quality care to our customer base; represents a collaborative approach to solutions with business operations representatives and senior leadership; approach problem solving with an "anything is possible" attitude.
Education & Experience
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experience
โ€ข U.S. Citizen
โ€ข Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
โ€ข 7+ years general application development and support experience
โ€ข 5 years' hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
โ€ข 5 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
โ€ข 2 years' experience leading technical project teams
โ€ข Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST
โ€ข Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions
โ€ข Experience defining and implementing technical solutions using customer defined objectives

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Serves as a bridge between strategy and Salesforce Health Cloud solution execution.
โ€ข Interface with business representatives and vendors to understand the needs of the business.
โ€ข Responsible for the development of complex technology solutions; mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plans.
โ€ข Shares knowledge of how various Salesforce Health Cloud application modules inter-link and affect one another.
โ€ข Coordinates the planning, organization and direction of Salesforce modifications related to both current and proposed designs, in collaboration with Salesforce Health Cloud Administrators and development teams.

โ€ข Oversees the design of UI and workflows based on business needs.
โ€ข Analyzes, designs solutions in support of multiple system interfaces and data integration services.
โ€ข Suggest and implement programs and initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud and the IT organization. Leverage experience and knowledge to meet strategic objectives while resolving business, product, and technical challenges.
