Job Description LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a contract to hire opportunity with our client in Fort Worth, Tx. The Salesforce Architect will design solutions and/or guide the agile teams to design technical solutions, including data and process integrations, considering large data volumes and data privacy needs. This role will also identify the optimal solution for a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the business use case.

As highly experienced problem solvers, architects are often the final escalation point for any production issues. Salesforce Architects are self-motivated individuals who have strong time management skills which facilitate working on special interest initiatives. Responsibilities: Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with the Salesforce Platform and the company's technical strategy Works with System Architects, Technical Managers, and Product Managers to translate business needs to a technical vision that teams of low code and/or pro-code builders can execute Ability to tailor communications to multiple audiences across all levels Leads Salesforce Governance, Standards, and other development focused initiatives which establishes and champions Salesforce coding, testing, design standards/best practices Owns the architecture and design across all Salesforce Cloud platforms Builds and maintains system and architectural documentation Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) that teams can further iterate upon Support agile teams of their day-to-day work items Engage and work alongside Product Managers in support of their roadmaps Makes recommendations for technical and procedural improvements Perform peer reviews and sign-off for other team member's work to ensure adherence of defined standards Learn about the business processes by engaging business partners Mentors all employees across all agile teams in Salesforce best practices and standards Serve as Salesforce escalation point for other team members on technical issues Leads troubleshooting processes to determine root cause analysis Skills & Qualifications: Education Required - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Required - Minimum of 2 Salesforce Architect Certifications Work Experience Must have 5+ years Salesforce experience Must have 2-3 years of experience in leadership role (Team Lead, etc...) Certifications Required - Extensive experience Salesforce Sales Cloud Required - Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Required - Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud Required - Solid knowledge of Lightning Web Components Required - Solid knowledge of Apex Code / Web Services Required - Solid knowledge of Apex Triggers Required - Solid knowledge of SOQL Required - Solid knowledge of Salesforce DX Required - Experience with REST and SOAP services Required - Visio or comparable drawing tool Required - Ability to work alongside others and be a team player Required - Ability to lead a team's efforts and direction Required - Stays up to date with latest Salesforce programming trends, techniques, and technologies Preferred - Experience with Financial Services Cloud Preferred - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud The base range for this contract position is $50 - $70 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location
