Job description

The Salesforce Admin is responsible for the day-to-day Salesforce administration, as well as supporting ongoing platform enhancements/development and 3rd party application integrations. The Salesforce Admin will work with business analysts to finalize requirements, prioritize needs, provide recommendations, and work to implement system changes and enhancements; they will lead the organization in Salesforce goals.

What you will do here:

Provide day-to-day Salesforce Admin support by creating and maintaining user roles, profiles, permission sets, process flows, lead assignments, and org-wide security settings as needed.

Maintain data integrity by using system metrics to track trends in usage and by completing de-duping and clean-up activities.

Provide Data Analysis and Data Transformation, as it relates to our Salesforce objects/fields.

Consult with business analysts on requirements and translate to solution design specs.

Develop, implement, and maintain new and existing Salesforce functionality for the desktop and mobile application, including testing and implementation.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or computer science preferred.

2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience required.

1+ years Salesforce Developer experience required.

1+ years Salesforce Financial Service Cloud preferred.

1+ years Salesforce Shield preferred.

1+ years Salesforce CRM Analytics preferred.

Knowledge in Sales/Service Cloud, Not-for-profit platforms, and/or Salesforce1 required.

Administration experience working with User, Roles, Profile, Permissions, Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Sharing, and Security required.

Configuration experience using the Salesforce.com point-and-click development required.

Experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, SOQL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform required.

Proficiency with the Salesforce.com data loader for import, update, and export activities in Salesforce.com required.

Proficiency with Sandbox administration and deployment management with Change Sets to ensure data integrity required.

Ability to troubleshoot system, process, and data issues required.

Experience with gathering requirements required.

Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills required.

Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments required.

Must be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision required.

Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.com preferred.

Custom development experience in implementing other technology stacks such as Java or .Net. preferred.

Web services development experience preferred preferred.

Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer preferred.
